This Wild Land…
This recently finished painting is taken from some journeys into the local mountains and experiences working with the living unseen landscape.
When we work with the land and honor her, She responds in kind and sometimes in surprising and powerful ways.
I have noticed continually over the years that when working with a specific place on a regular basis, that there is a definite awakening of energy there where often it has been dormant.
Just a small amount of effort and intent on our part can go a long way, and I am assured that no effort however small goes unnoticed and that all work is greatly appreciated.
