Meeting With The Tröllkona – Working with the guardians of the land…
This recently finished painting was taken from a journey deep into my local land to meet with the Tröllkona. The Tröllkona granted us passage into a local hill that they were stewards of, allowing us to travel further than before into the land to listen to the wisdom her deep resonating song.
The Tröllkona showed us that when we work with the land and honor her, that she responds in kind, sometimes in surprising and powerful ways.
I have noticed in my work that when working with a particular place on a regular basis, that there is a definite awakening of energy there where often it has been dormant. Just a small amount of effort and intent on our part can go a long way, the Tröllkona assured us that no effort however small goes unnoticed and that all work is greatly appreciated – especially in these times!
