Desperately clinging…
trying to breath life into an empty shell
whose spirit has long since moved on.
The now familiar song of becoming
resonates deep in my bones and soothes
the wild frightened animal that is my fears,
gently wooing me forward.
Let go, all you have to do is let go…
and the current will carry you home’
